Johannesburg, South Africa, 01 June 2022: TechSoft International, the exclusive African territory partner of TIBCO Software, the global leader for integration and analytics, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pedro Tembe in the capacity of Senior Account Executive in its Software Sales Team.

“Customer service and customer satisfaction are central to any effective sales organisation, but this requires individuals at the helm that can think out of the box and bring with them cross-functional business expertise. Tembe is a highly experienced management professional with specialist skills in strategic ICT sales, marketing, and consulting. In his 15 years within the industry, he has held senior account management roles at SAP Africa, CSB-System International in Germany, South Africa, Ireland, and Madagascar, and served tenures at Deloitte Consulting and Murray and Roberts. His career spans experience in both the private and public sectors, covering Europe, South Africa, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, and Nigeria.

At TechSoft, Tembe will align with its sales executive to develop more integrated sales strategies with the company’s partner community. And is tasked with effectively and expertly articulating the business value of reselling or ‘selling with’ TIBCO. Tembe will draw from his relationship management skills to work with partners to design, plan and implement bespoke IT enterprise solutions that ensure and enhance profitability.
