17 year old business entrepreneur, Kylie Jenner looked great in her white jumpsuit and blue hair as she launched her own brand of hair extensions- Bellami Beauty Bar in West Hollywood on Thursday.
Kylie was clearly going for a 70s look and matched her outfit with metallic gold heels, a number of long silver necklaces, stacks of bracelets, and a choker. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star turned heads with her new look.
