[full]Organisers of rapper Eminem’s Rapture 2014 SA Tour gave bookings a boost yesterday – slashing the price of tickets that normally cost R500 for the February 26 Cape Town show to just R99.
The announcement was made by Computicket on its social media account and quickly caused a frenzy. By yesterday afternoon the tickets had all been snapped up. There was a limit of 10 per customer.
When Johannesburg fans queried why the deal was only open to Capetonians, they were told on Twitter that “unfortunately this is purely the promoter’s decision”.[/full]
