Diski Divas, a new Mzansi Magic reality show, to be air soon on your big screen.
The show, which follows the lives of five soccer wives and girlfriends to give us a glimpse of how the soccer royalty live the life that ordinary folks don’t. Diski Divas will premiere on Sunday, 12 April.
It will feature Teko Modise’s ex-wife Felicia Modise, Katlego Mohoaduba, who had a thing with Jimmy Tau, Nonhle Ndala, who’s reportedly expecting a baby with Andile Jali,Wendy Parker, the wife of Bernard Parker and Gaositwe Pule, who is married to Tekelo Rantie.
Speaking to Sowetan Live about her involvement in the show, former Big Brother Mzansi housemate Kat said that she sees the show as a chance for fans to get to know the women behind the stars.
“When the show producers approached me and gave me a brief I was a bit sceptical but they assured me that the show would portray the ladies in a positive manner and it wouldn’t be about catfights and drama,” she says.
Diski Divas will follow their journeys – where they come from, what their hopes and dreams are and what sacrifices they have had to make to get to where they are. We also hope to see lots of drama as well.
