Malia Obama the 18-year-old daughter of President Barack Obama has been spotted smoking what some suspected was a cannabis joint.
Miss Obama, who set to attend Harvard next year, was at the Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago, Illinois where a video captured her appearing to show the US First daughter smoking something while having fun with friends.
