Kylie Jenner has debuted a brand new hair color as she celebrates the launch of her brand new Lip Kits which reportedly sold out in 60 seconds.
The 18-year-old debuted her new locks as she promoted her Lip Kits – made up of matte lip liners and liquid lipsticks – at the Dash store in Los Angeles.
Sticking to an all-white outfit, Her Dad Caitlyn was there to support her and so was her Mom Kris and her boy toy Cory Gamble.
