Kim launched her Kimoji’s on Monday and the response was crazy that apple had no choice but to shut down it app store.
So many people tried downloading it at once, the Apple app store couldn’t handle the tidal wave and started crashing. At one point it was getting 9,000 downloads per millisecond. Apple tech team swooped in and shored it up so it didn’t fully crash.
