The power couple have reportedly been eyeing the estate since the last summer, compelling Beyoncé and Jay-Z to get mixed up in a bidding war for this over-the-top, $85-million mansion in Beverly Hills.
According to TMZ report, the couple are up against three other parties but of course, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are presently the highest bidders.
The Beverly Hills mansion hit the market publicly in September asking $85 million. It features eight bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, an underground garage, vast closets, a movie theater and more super art beyond expectation.
TMZ reports that they and the seller “just a few million dollars apart” on the price and are expected to seal the deal around Christmas for a still-pretty-damn-heartstopping $70 million.
