Just after the public beheading US journalist Steven Sotloff, fears have been sparked that Jihadist militants (ISIS) could behead a British hostage they have captured.

ISIS released a brutal video yesterday showing the beading of a second U.S journalist, 31 year old Steven Sotlof.

Sotloff appeared in another video where U.S Journalist James Foley was killed two weeks ago and it looks like Sotloff was killed by the same executioner who killed Foley on August 19th.

He had same British accent and before beheading Sotloff, the terrorist said;

“I’m back Obama, and I’m back because of your arrogant foreign policy towards the Islamic State, because of your insistence on continuing your bombings on Mosul Dam, despite our serious warning. So just as your missiles continue to strike our people, our knife will continue to strike the necks of your people.”

At the end of the video released yesterday, a British hostage was filmed on his knees in a similar orange jumpsuit to those worn by the two men already killed by the extremist group, sparking fears he could be their next victim.

The British hostage is believed to be an aid worker who was based on the Turkish border of Syria, working with victims of war.

UK President David Cameron condemned the murder of Sotloff, calling it ‘absolutely disgusting, despicable’.

“If verified, this is a despicable and barbaric murder. My thoughts and prayers are with Mr Sotloff’s family and friends tonight as they deal with this appalling and tragic situation.”

“As I have said consistently over the last few weeks, ISIL terrorists speak for no religion. They threaten Syrians, Iraqis, Americans and British people alike and make no distinction between Muslims, Christians or any other faith.’ he told the Daily Mail

According a UN report released in June, the jihadist group ISIS has killed more than 1,500 people and displaced more than 600,000 from their homes.
