Bella’s cinematic prowess is already on display, having starred in Paramount’s The Infernal Machine alongside Guy Pearce and Alice Eve. Her upcoming lead role in I Hate Pirates for Amazon Prime Video, slated for release later this year, promises to further captivate audiences. “I’m so excited for people to see this film!” Bella shares. “The team was incredible, and working directly with Manny Mijares and watching his creative vision come to life is something I’ll always treasure. It has a lot of heart and a lot of surprises.”

Beyond the silver screen, Bella is a recognized face in high fashion, having led campaigns for DKNY, Karl Lagerfeld, and Sonia Rykiel Paris, and gracing the runways of Paris and London Fashion Weeks. Her influence extends to social spheres, where she regularly shares red carpets with luminaries like JoJo Siwa, Jelly Roll, and Jared Leto. Notably, she was the first teen designer invited to create an entire capsule collection, “BONTON by Bella,” for the iconic Parisian brand BONTON, which swiftly sold out worldwide.

Her recent invitation to the prestigious Cannes Film Festival was a watershed moment. “It honestly didn’t feel real at first,” Bella recounts. “Just being in Cannes and being surrounded by people I’ve looked up to, walking past posters of films that shaped me, was overwhelming in the best way. I felt like a little girl from South Africa who somehow stepped into her own dream.” The experience was creatively invigorating. “The screening of The Chronology of Water, directed by Kristen Stewart, completely moved me,” she notes. “It reminded me that cinema is universal. I left Cannes with a much clearer sense of who I want to be as an artist. I want to tell bold stories but keep my soul in the process.”

The festival proved fertile ground for industry connections. “I was lucky to meet a few successful directors and producers whose work I deeply admire,” Bella confirms, adding that her agents in Los Angeles and London have already received direct offers and invites for new film projects. “More than anything, I just feel grateful that people took time to speak with me and made me feel like I belonged in those rooms.”

Bella is also making significant strides in music. She recently performed original songs at private industry showcases and is currently finalizing her debut EP, with her first single, “Crush on You,” produced by Manny Mijares, set to release on all music platforms soon. This October, she is slated to begin filming a lead role in a new American film production in West Virginia, USA, details of which are currently under wraps.

Mentored by Katherine Kelly Lang, the iconic star of The Bold & The Beautiful, Bella is not only building a multifaceted career but also championing important causes. Her past invitation to the Monte Carlo TV Festival and meeting with Princess Charlene underscored her commitment to advocacy, as she continues to support the Princess Grace Foundation to elevate, uplift, and empower youth in the arts.

“South Africa is full of creativity, resilience, and brilliance—and I carry that with me,” Bella expresses with profound pride. “I’m so proud to be part of a generation that’s redefining what South African talent looks like on a global stage. I never forget where I come from. I carry it everywhere.”

Bella attributes her rapid ascent to a robust support system. “I wouldn’t be where I am and, on the trajectory I’m on, if it were not for my team. For every person who’s supported me, every acting coach, vocal coach, every casting director, mentor, my manager & agents, and everyone who’s believed in me, including my parents and my amazing grandmother. I wouldn’t be able to do what I do if it were not for them.”

With a dynamic career path spanning film, music, and fashion, Bella is not just a rising star; she is a trailblazer, poised to make an indelible mark on the global entertainment industry.
