FLO RETURNS WITH THEIR NEW SINGLE & VIDEO “WALK LIKE THIS”

Must read

London-based girl group FLO releases their brand-new single and video for “Walk Like This”.   Directed by Sahra Zadat, the “Walk Like This” music video sees the group walk in heels before the addictive bassline and sensual lyrics intertwine and continue the confident stride, each step and line highlighting the allure of womanhood and power in embracing sensuality. Produced and written alongside long-time collaborator MNEK, the playful track sees FLO’s signature harmonies and vocals at the forefront. Speaking about “Walk Like This” and it’s accompanying video, FLO said:“We made ‘Walk Like This’ with our frequent and loved collaborators MNEK, Ashton Sellars, Kabba, Relyt and Talay Riley. It was the end of 2023 and we wanted to create something sexy, still fun and upbeat and for the certified lover girl in us all. The song is about that energy you have when you embrace your sensuality and womanhood. It’s okay to admit a man’s doing well from time to time! We hope it makes you feel confident, a bit naughty and adds that extra sway to your walk. It was great to have a female director and cast for the music video. It’s full of energy, good vibes and we love it!“Walk Like This” marks the first release since 2023’s surprise fan EP 3 of Us and the Missy Elliott assisted single “Fly Girl,” the latter earning them their first UK top 40 single. It also follows on from last year’s huge success, which saw them become the first group to ever win both the BRITs Rising Star Award and the BBC Sound Poll in the same year. The group performed sold-out shows in the UK and US last year, in addition to countless packed-out festival stages worldwide, including Glastonbury. Later this year, the girls will take to the stage at Coachella and Governors Ball. ABOUT FLOEvery once in a while, a group emerges with the flavor, focus, and fire to light up the entire game.
