The wife of former generation star Mangaliso Ngema had sued him and obtained a restraining order amid claims of physical abuse.
She described Ngema as a monster who insulted, assaulted and emotionally abuse her when they quarreled.
Busisiwe Chauke filed court papers because she could no longer live with Mangaliso’s abuse which she said were both emotional and physical abuse.
She also claims that Mangaliso moved out of their matrimonial home in Joburg and abducted their two children for weeks.
Mangaliso denied abducting the kids, he said the kids only requested staying with him.
Busisiwe’s also made allegations that the high-profile actor has beat her for many years and during one incident she even ended up in hospital. However, the actor denied abusing, beating her recently or threatened her life.
“I only slapped her once, on 3 June 2012, because she was screaming in my face when I was trying to address certain challenges,” he explained.
Busisiwe recently obtain an interim restraining order from the court while the actor is appear in court on 10 October.
