Two classes on Saturday, April 15 (at 09h00 and 10h30) will offer a unique blend of self-defence techniques and intense physical conditioning with a huge dose of fun that will make you forget you’re even working out!
By joining the Krav Maga class, you won’t only empower yourself. All proceeds go to Siyakunakekela – which means “We take care of you” – a South African non-profit organization that lends a helping hand in the areas of health, education and humanitarian outreach; changing the lives of women and young girls in a tangible way.
