White House photographer Pete Souza came up with his 2015 Presidency’best photos’ list which showed Obama’s softer side as he laughs with a tiny baby wearing an elephant costume.
The candid snap is one of a collection released today from inside the White House documenting 2015 for the President.
In one Obama lies on his back and holds Ella Rhodes, daughter of Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes, at a Halloween event at the White House.
