AKA and the acapella group, The Soil, have been nominated in the Best International Act: Africa category at this year’s BET awards. Competing against some of Africa’s finest artists inlcuding Wizkid from Nigeria, Fally Ipupa from Congo and Sarkodie from Ghana.
AKA took to social media to share the news with his fans on Monday evening. He wrote on Instagram: “To GOD BE THE GLORY … We’ve finally been nominated in the best international act category at the BET awards.”
