This October, tashas celebrates 20 years of delicious food, meaningful connection, and the spirit of generosity that has defined the brand since day one. To mark this milestone, CEO and Founder of Tashas Group, Natasha Sideris, and her team are inviting their customers to join them in making a meaningful impact – by supporting the fight against hunger in South Africa.

The initiative, launched on World Food Day on the 16th of October runs until the 27th of November 2025, and sees tashas once again partner with SA Harvest with the goal of delivering over 130 000 meals. During 2022, their collaboration delivered 81 250 meals with the support of their customers.
During this campaign, for every purchase of two of tashas’ signature dishes, Creamy Pesto Pasta or Chicken Crunch Salad, R20 will be donated, enough to deliver 20 meals to those in need. Prefer a different dish? No problem – guests can simply choose to add R20 to their bill, either in-store or via UberEats, to contribute directly to the cause.

SA Harvest is a pioneering food rescue and hunger relief organisation that has already delivered over 91.85 million meals and saved more than 23.3 million kilograms of food from going to waste.
“We’re proud to stand alongside SA Harvest and our guests in creating real change, one plate at a time”, says Natasha. “Our goal for this campaign is to support SA Harvest in delivering at least 130 000 meals to their beneficiary organisations through this campaign.”
