Who Wore it Better: Minnie Dlamini or Amber Rose?

Amber Rose was spotted wearing the same dress that South African TV personality Minnie Dlamini recently wore in December as one of the judges for Miss Mamelodi.

Amber recently wore the tight-fitting bodycon dress with plunging neckline as she hosted an event on the Caribbean island of Curacao, while Minnie wore the same dress to an event in December last year where she was a judge at the Miss Mamelodi Sundowns pageant.

They both looked fab in the dress but most times it all boils down to how you choose to wear it and our darling Minnie nailed it 100% this time with the way she rocked the tight-fitting bodycon dress.
