BIG Brother Mzansi(BBM) millionaire Mandla Hlatshwayo is in two minds about which woman he’ll be sharing his moola with – steamy showermate Lexi or home town sweetheart Thandiwe Kobile.
[full]The BBM Casanova said he’d like to get back with his real love, but had unfinished business with his BBM squeeze Brumilda “Lexi” van Niekerk. Hlatshwayo and Van Niekerk caused a stir when they had unprotected sex several times in the house.
“I’m still very busy with back-to-back interviews right now. Once I’m settled, I have spoken to both Lexi and S’thandwa (Kobile’s nickname) that we should speak about our issues. S’thandwa and I were already dealing with issues of cheating on her side before I went into the house. Just as much as I need to apologise to her, she also needs to account for that before we can get back together,” said the new millionaire.
Neighbours in Sebokeng told Sunday World that Kobile was having an affair with Sebokeng local Lebohang Sedio while Hlatshwayo was in the house.
But Sedio denied that he was in a relationship with Kobile, claiming that they used to be lovers, but “have not been together since the end of last year or early this year”. Sedio declined to give more details, saying that he didn’t want to jeopardise his current relationship.
Kobile also denied an existing romantic entanglement with Sedio.
Having been in an “on and off again” relationship with Kobile since August last year, Hlatshwayo said that having sex with housemate Van Niekerk was not part of his strategy.
After her eviction from the house a week before the finale, Van Niekerk (25) told Sunday World that even though she had fun with Hlatshwayo and felt like she had left a part of her in the house, she “loves and respects him as a friend, and nothing more”.
But Hlatshwayo (24) feels differently. “I’m not surprised that Lexi says there’s nothing to our relationship, but she knows that we have a bond she can’t deny.
“I need to see her once more outside of the house to hear what she says and see if there’s anything worth salvaging,” said the lovelorn winner.
During the finale on Sunday, Kobile (22) posted on Facebook: “Sorry guys decision ke ya Mandla whether he continues with our relationship or going back 2 his baby mama or Lexi.”
Kobile also told Sunday World that she was waiting for Hlatshwayo to come back from his BBM engagements so that they could talk out their problems.
“I now understand that Mandla was probably acting or playing the game and I’m willing to forgive him and see where we can take our relationship. I still love him and I would still love him even if he didn’t win the million,” she said.
She added that if she and Hlatshwayo did get back together , they would “obviously do HIV testing because Mandla was having unprotected sex with that girl”.
Meanwhile, Van Niekerk told Sunday World that she was going to move from Cape Town to Joburg to start a career in the entertainment industry.
But Kobile said she was not threatened by that. “If Mandla is okay with it, then I’m okay. Mandla ke motho waka (is my man). Nothing will change that.”[/full]
