After a hiatus that left fans eagerly awaiting their return, The Soil, one of South Africa’s most beloved acapella groups, is back! This time with renewed energy and a new vocalist Theo Matshoba. The group is excited for their upcoming album titled Reimagined, which will be followed by the Reimagined Tour. The tour promises to be a celebration of their signature sound infused with a new dynamic that is intense, mature and spiritual.
Known for their soulful harmonies and captivating performances, The Soil has captivated audiences worldwide with their unique blend of kasi soul, jazz, and gospel influences. Theo Matshoba’s seamless integration into the unity promises to elevate The Soil’s sound to greater heights, ensuring an unforgettable experience for audiences at every tour stop.

The tour kicks off in Cape Town at the Star Theatre on the 9thof March, where fans can expect an electrifying performance that sets the tone for the rest of the tour. From there, The Soil will mesmerise audiences in Tshwane at the State Theatre on the 26thof April, followed by a show at the Boardwalk Hotel and Casino in Gqeberha.

Continuing their journey, The Soil will also be stopping in Soweto at the iconic Soweto Theatre on the 23rd of August, bringing their infectious energy to their hometown. They will then head to Durban for a performance at the Play house on the 27th of September, before concluding their tour in Bloemfontein at the Pacofs Theatre on the 26th of October.
